Returns and Refunds Policy

In the event that an online purchase does not meet your expectations, Bucchi accepts returns of any unused items; provided the conditions specified below are met. Returns must be made within 10 days of original shipment. Sale items can not be returned.

Claims concerning possible returns of good must be made within 10 days from the delivery date of the items to the customer by means of request sent to the following mail address: 3/6 Seymour Street, Ponsonby 1011, Auckland New Zealand.

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in perfect condition, to ensure full credit.

Non-defective products returned opened or not in original packaging WILL NOT be accepted.

Products returned damaged by the user WILL NOT be accepted. This includes stickers for UPC labels, pricing, or anything else that affects the re-sellable condition of the product.

Your on-line account will be credited if your return is accepted. You may apply this credit toward future purchases. No checks, cash or credit card charge backs will be issued

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We cannot exchange any item not returned.

Keep the tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status

Bucchi LLC shall not be liable for any item returned being lost, misdirected or delivered late, the customer assuming all shipping risks.

Bucchi LLC does not allow to ask via the site refunds for cancellations of Bucchi products purchased in other retail stores, nor the contrary (i.e no refunds at Stores or boutiques for Bucchi products purchased on the site).

International Customers, Please be aware that any customs charges or conditions applicable in your state/ locality/ or country are your responsibility. Any customs duties, sales taxes and other regulatory charges are payable by the purchaser.

Return shipping costs for defective products or no conformity of the products with the order (wrong item, damaged goods) will be paid by Bucchi LLC.
