Postage Costs

We ship world wide. Your postage costs will be automatically added to your order.

Delivery Times

Your goods will be sent out by the supplier within 5 days of receiving the order.

By post within New Zealand expect about 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Overseas between 4-10 days after dispatch.

If you need to speed up delivery, please contact us for options.

Item Availability

Please visit our website regularly to check item availability. If an item is not in stock, please revisit our site. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, we will notify you by email or telephone. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Items on our website are advertised in good faith. From time to time, items may be subject to unexpected production delays. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as payment is approved and the receiving address is verified.

Your Order Status and Tracking Your Order

Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm we have received your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation.

To check the status of your order, click My Account. You will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password.

Once logged in, click the Order Status / Tracking link and an order summary page will be provided where you may view detailed information about your current order or past orders. The status of your order is automatically updated each time your order moves a step further in the process.

Goods must be checked at the moment of delivery to make sure they correspond to the items order.

Payment Options

The following credit cards are accepted for payment online at www.mybucch.com: MasterCard, and Visa. At this time, we cannot accept payment by cheque (check), CODs or gift certificates.

You can also pay by Direct Debit if you are in New Zealand. Please contact us if you would like to pay by Direct Debit.

Placing Orders

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Credit Cards are not charged until ordered item(s) are shipped.
 Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order.

Please note, Customer Service is unable to cancel orders or make any changes to an order once it's been placed.
