Is Bucchi a secure place to shop?

Bucchi is a safe way to shop. Bucchi uses DPS. WE have a SSL Security Cetificate.  No third party sees your credit card details. A high level of secuirty is required to be able to process credit card information.

If you are nervous about entering your credit card details on the Internet, please contact us and we will process your order manually.

What if i change my mind?

If you have paid for the item or items but your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by contacting us asap. If the order has been shipped, you will need to return the order within 10 days. See our returns and refunds policy for more information.

What if i'm not happy with my purchase?

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the quality of your purchase you may, within 10 days of receiving your order, return the purchase for a complete refund, provided it remains in its original condition.
